Most account things are self-serve in the app. Delete your MyndID™, export a full copy of it, cancel your subscription, or delete your account entirely — all in Settings, no waiting on us. Use the form above for everything else.
Locked out of your MyndID?
If you can't sign in at all, you don't need us to start — recovery runs on its own. It's deliberately slow, so nobody can take a MyndID quietly, and every address on the account is told a request is in flight.
