1. Acceptance of Terms
MyndID is a product of SHOVLD LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a profile or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MyndID clones your own unique brain into an animated, voiced form you can talk to, and grows into your "MyndID™" — a private, ever-expanding record of your values, decisions, and way of thinking, built one conversation at a time and engaged with without the noise of fatigue, stress, or urgency. MyndID is NOT therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and does not replace professional help of any kind. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
Use of this service requires meeting the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions
Access to the service requires an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to store or generate illegal content, to impersonate another real person without consent, or to attempt to circumvent the automated safety systems described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the personal information, photos, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Your avatar's responses, voice, and appearance are generated by AI systems based on information you provide. Responses may be inaccurate and should not be treated as objective, professional, or authoritative — MyndID is designed to reflect your own stated thinking back to you, not to correct it or offer independent judgment.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
